How to enroll
Enroll online November 17 – December 1, 2025
Beginning Monday, November 17, go to swift.benefitsnow.com and follow the steps to complete your enrollment for 2026. You’ll find all the details about your coverage options, helpful tools and an online chat feature for instant help with your questions.
You have three ways to enroll in your benefits: from your desktop or laptop, telephonically or via a mobile device using the Alight Mobile app. Tip: Enrolling online or via the mobile app is the best way to see all of your benefit options and access tools to help you decide which plans are right for you.
To download the Alight Mobile app, go to the App Store or Google Play and search for “Alight Mobile.” Once installed, enter “Swift Transportation” and then log in.

Remember: Be sure your mailing address and email address on file with Swift are correct. To update your address, log in to the Transmission Portal, and locate the All About Me section. To opt in to text messaging and update your email, log on to swift.benefitsnow.com. Click the Profile icon (top right) and select Manage Communications to update your mobile number, opt in to receive benefits-related text messages and/or change your preferred email address.
Annual Enrollment is a good time to review and, if necessary, update your life insurance beneficiaries. You can also review your beneficiaries at any time for your 401(k) Retirement Plan at principal.com.

While you’re enrolling, you can use the online chat feature to get instant help during normal Benefits Service Center hours. Click Chat With Us under Quick Links on the homepage to connect with a representative instantly.
Or, if you prefer, make an appointment to speak with a representative at your convenience. Click the Appointment Scheduler tile at the top of the homepage under Recommended to set a specific time for a representative to call you (or your authorized spouse).
If you have questions or want to enroll over the phone, call the Benefits Service Center at 1-844-577-4333. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET (except national holidays and other recognized holidays, such as the day after Thanksgiving) . If the call volume is high, you can choose to receive an automatic callback from the next available representative.
If you don’t enroll…
If you don’t enroll by December 1 and are currently covered through Swift’s medical, dental and/or vision plans:
- You will have the same medical, dental and vision coverage at 2026 rates (and with a new carrier, if you’re currently enrolled in a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona medical plan option).
 - You won’t participate in the FSAs, either Health Care or Dependent Daycare.
 - You won’t receive our tobacco-free credit of up to $1,092 on the medical plan. Note: Use of e-cigarettes/vaping is considered tobacco usage.
 - If your spouse is currently enrolled in medical, you’ll pay up to $1,200 for the spousal surcharge.
 
It’s important for you to take action during Annual Enrollment. Review the plans and costs, then select the benefits that are right for you in 2026.
Are you covering new dependents in 2026?
Important: You will need to provide proof of eligibility for coverage if you enroll any new dependents for 2026 (dependents not already covered in 2025). You must provide the correct documentation, or your dependent’s coverage will be retroactively canceled.
